I’ve seen workplace incidents from both sides, as a nurse caring for injured workers, and later as a Health & Safety Advisor leading national safety programs across Canada. That experience showed me one thing: safety doesn’t have to be complicated, outdated, or overwhelming.

I started NKR Professional Services to change how businesses approach health and safety. My goal is to help companies simplify compliance, get COR-ready, and build systems that actually work without the chaos.

Today, I partner with small to mid-sized businesses as a Fractional HSE & Systems Partner, offering COR audit prep, consulting, and customizable templates that make safety clear, modern, and manageable.

When I’m not deep in safety audits or template design, you’ll find me at the gym or chasing after my three kids probably with a coffee in hand and a new system idea brewing.
